About this dish
Orange grown on the terraces of the Sóller valley, sheltered from the wind by the Serra and irrigated by the Andalusi séquia system. Thin-skinned, very juicy and markedly acidic. It drove the valley's economy until gummosis disease destroyed the groves in the 19th century.
